Sorted at Work seminars
Sorted at Work seminars are short, interactive sessions that focus on specific topics and are delivered by our Te Ara Ahunga Ora affiliated facilitators. They provide an introduction to the Sorted at Work courses or can be offered as stand-alone options:

Pathways to Your First Home – two hours
This seminar covers how to grow a house deposit and can help employees with: buying their first home, finding the right mortgage, navigating the sales and purchase process, and understanding the fundamentals of financing a home.

Get Started – two-and-a-half hours
This seminar covers key tips and tricks to build financial skills, including: money attitudes, needs and wants, spending diaries, budgeting, money systems, goals, emergency funds, compounding interest, and the true cost of credit and insurances.

Each session covers one of the following topics:

Sorted Women – two hours
Empower women in your workplace with the newest Sorted at Work offering.
Research shows that when it comes to money, gender differences in attitudes, beliefs and behaviours have far-reaching implications on women's financial outcomes. That's why our new Sorted Women course helps address women's diverse needs and experiences when dealing with money.
Participants will learn:
- ways to improve their financial wellbeing and get ahead financially
- the unique situations women face and strategies to overcome them
- ways to comfortably talk about money
- investing basics.
Designed and delivered by women for women, Sorted Women provides a safe and non-judgemental space for women to learn money skills that will help close the financial knowledge gap that many face.
