Professional qualifications: A Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Business Studies, and Diploma in Teaching, and certificates in business facilitation, adult education and training, literacy and numeracy education, and teaching.  

What inspired me to become a Sorted at Work facilitator: It’s great to work with others to unravel the jargon and demystify the systems of finance in New Zealand. I have a passion for increasing knowledge in others and for myself, supported by a background of managing a community development organisation and tutoring business and money management, and sharpened by a partner’s failed business.  

What people can expect from my sessions: Knowledge, enjoyment, motivation and increased confidence to move forward. My mixed background of manual labour through to professional tertiary roles, from Fiordland to Auckland, ensures I relate well to diversity. 

What I enjoy most about being a Sorted at Work facilitator: My highlights are always the people attending and being able to draw out attendees’ skills to facilitate personal growth.
