Sorted at Work Terms

Overview

We have set up a panel of facilitators to deliver our Sorted at Work programme.  When you purchase a course webinar or seminar from our Sorted at Work programme, you will be dealing directly with one of our facilitators under a separate agreement.  The facilitator is the provider of those services, not Te Ara Ahunga Ora – Retirement Commission.

Our facilitators do not own nor develop the Sorted at Work materials and sessions - that sits with us.  However, our facilitators are responsible for nearly everything else.  They will help you decide which session is right for you, field any questions you may have and organise a time with you to deliver the programme.  Our facilitators will also be responsible for invoicing you.

Sorted at Work material

We will own all information, material and property provided to you as part of the Sorted at Work programme. We licence that material to you under the Creative Commons licence known as the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Licence.

Liability

You agree that we are not responsible for the conduct of the Facilitator.  If the facilitator breaches their agreement with you, you may take action against the facilitator but you cannot take action against us.

You also agree that we will not be liable in connection with the Programme for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, business, reputation or goodwill.
