Broader area of facilitation: Online nationwide, and face to face in the Canterbury, Otago and Nelson/Marlborough regions.   

Sorted at Work courses I'm available to facilitate: My background is useful for the Get Sorted through to the Get Invested series. I’m available for online sessions but prefer face to face as I feel the learning and sharing in this setting enables deeper conversations that get to the heart of what’s most important to attendees.  

Professional qualifications: I’m a certified financial planner with a Bachelor of Business, specialising in personal financial planning and advice.  

What inspired me to become a Sorted at Work facilitator: I’m passionate about increasing financial capability, knowledge and skills not only for individuals but also for the wider benefits it brings to the community. As a financial planner, I have many one-on-one conversations about all things finance; the Sorted at Work programme provides me with an opportunity to help a wider audience by sharing our combined knowledge in a conducive group setting.  

What people can expect from my sessions: I encourage everyone to ask plenty of questions and share their own stories in a safe environment. I bring my own learnings and those of people I’ve worked with as an adviser, which is a great way to deepen the learning.  

What I enjoy most about being a Sorted at Work facilitator: The willingness of people to share and help each other, and the moments in which something new ‘clicks’ with the attendees. In every workshop, I learn something new.
